十、实验室简介
功能乳品教育部北京市共建重点实验室于2004年批准建设,现实验室主任:任发政院士。实验室围绕我国乳品发展的重大需求,开展创新性研究并培养高层次人才,为我国乳品行业搭建开放性、综合性的产学研一体化研究平台。实验室面向科学前沿,注重基础研究,着力自主创新。近五年来,实验室承担了国家、省部级各类科研课题50余项,获得国家科学技术进步二等奖2项、其他省部级奖10余项;培养博士、硕士300多名。
